Signing in
After your first booking you have a driver account tied to your email and phone. You can sign in either with a one-time code sent to your email, or with a password if you have set one.
Your email address is verified by code before a booking is created. Phone numbers are not currently verified.
If you cannot get a code, check spam first, then use the contact form — we can verify who you are another way.
How long we keep things
- Signed parking agreements — 7 years
- Booking, invoice and payment records — 7 years (tax and accounting)
- Driver's licence images and driver photographs — 2 years after the end of the booking they were uploaded for
- Vehicle and plate photographs — 3 years
- Messages you send us through the contact form — 2 years after we close the request
Documents past their retention date are deleted. That is checked and acted on rather than promised and forgotten.
When you write to us
You don't need an account to use the contact form, and we don't ask you to make one. We store what you send — your name, email, an optional phone number, the topic, and your message — plus a reference number, so we can answer you and show that the request was handled.
The message box is free text, and we store what you type. Tell us what we need to know to help; there's no need to include anything else.
Getting a copy of your data, or correcting it
Email us and ask. We handle these by hand within 30 days, and we may need to verify your identity first — we are not going to hand your details to someone who says they are you.
Deleting your account
Open Account in your driver dashboard and choose Delete my data and close my account, or email us. Either way a person reviews it and we respond within 30 days.
What deletion actually does. We erase your name, email, phone, address, DOT/MC number, emergency contact, and licence number and expiry, and we permanently delete the image files of your licence and your photograph.
What we keep, and why. Your signed agreements and your booking, invoice and payment records stay for the seven years described above. We are required to hold them, and they are also the evidence either of us would rely on in a dispute about a past stay. After deletion those records carry no name, no contact details and no documents — they are no longer linked to you as an identifiable person.
We would rather tell you that plainly than call it a full erasure when it is not.
Your messages to us go too. Any contact-form request we can match to you — by your account, or by the email or phone number you wrote in under — has its name, email, phone and message text erased along with everything else. We match on what you wrote in under rather than only on your account, because people usually contact us at exactly the moment they can't sign in.
When we can't close it yet
We will not close an account while a booking is still running, while money is owed in either direction, or while a charge you have disputed is being reviewed. If any of those apply we tell you exactly what they are and what would clear them, rather than just refusing.
Closing an account does not cancel money owed on it. An outstanding balance stays payable.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your documents or photographs for marketing, advertising, or training any machine-learning system.
The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
