We take 0% of your bookings
Every dollar a driver pays for parking at your yard is yours. We do not take a percentage, a per-booking fee, or a cut of any kind from an ordinary booking.
This is the main way we differ from the large truck-parking marketplaces, where the platform typically keeps 20–30% of every booking and you cannot opt out of it. If you list ten thousand dollars of parking in a month here, you keep ten thousand dollars of parking.
So how do we make money?
A flat monthly subscription for the platform itself. You pay a fixed amount to use the software — listings, bookings, gate passes, driver documents, payment tracking, staff accounts, records and exports — and that amount does not change with how much you earn.
A good month does not cost you more than a bad one.
You pay by the size of each yard:
| Yard size | Monthly |
|---|---|
| 1–49 spaces | $49 |
| 50–99 spaces | $99 |
| 100–199 spaces | $199 |
| 200+ spaces | Talk to us |
Each yard is priced on its own size. If you list a 30-space yard and a 60-space yard, that is $49 + $99 = $148 a month.
Nothing here moves with what you earn. A yard that has a record month and a yard that sits half empty pay exactly the same. The price only changes if the yard itself gets bigger.
Signup offers
We usually run a signup promotion — most often a free period before billing starts. Whatever is running when you sign up is shown to you before you're asked for a card, and the offer you were shown is the one you keep: if we change or withdraw a promotion later, yours is unaffected.
Any free period starts when your first yard is approved and can take bookings, not when you sign up, so none of it is spent waiting on our review.
To put it beside the alternative: a 40-space yard turning over $10,000 in a month keeps $10,000 here and pays $49. On a platform taking 20–30%, the same yard keeps $7,000–8,000.
Nothing is charged per booking
There is no per-booking charge of any kind. No commission, no share of a recovered booking, nothing taken out of what a driver pays you. Every price here is a flat fee.
What Featured Placement includes
$29 per month, per yard, and it does two things.
The first is placement: your yard is highlighted at the top of the booking picker with a badge, ahead of yards competing for the same search.
The second is booking recovery, included free. When a driver starts a booking at your yard and abandons it partway through, that booking is normally lost. We chase it: we record the abandoned booking, contact the driver, and try to bring them back. We charge nothing for this, whether or not it works — there is no fee on a recovered booking.
This used to be a separate service called Boost Booking that charged 20% of any booking we brought back. It was folded into Featured Placement in October 2026, and the charge was dropped rather than moved.
How we decide a booking was genuinely recovered — it matters because it is what we report back to you, not because anything is billed:
- Only when we actually did the work. A booking counts as recovered only if we recorded a follow-up attempt first and the driver booked within 48 hours of it. A driver who wanders off and comes back on their own is not a recovery.
- Same yard only. If the driver abandons at your yard and later books somewhere else, it is not counted.
- Never retroactive. Featured Placement has to be active on your yard at the moment the booking was abandoned.
Recovered bookings are labelled as such on your bookings list, so you can see exactly what the service brought back.
You can turn Featured Placement off at any time.
No lock-in
There is no joining fee and no minimum term. You can end any optional service whenever you want, and you can take your listing down.
What you keep control of
- Your rates. You set them, per vehicle type, hourly through monthly.
- Your yard. Its condition, security, access hours, and lawful operation are yours to run.
- Your staff. You invite them and you control what they can reach.
