What you need to list
- Proof you own the property or are authorised to offer it for parking. You upload a document evidencing this. This is not a formality — it is the thing that stops someone listing a lot they have no right to.
- Location — address and a map pin.
- Photographs of the yard.
- Amenities and access hours.
- Your rates, per vehicle type. The rate you set is the all-in price the driver pays — we never add tax on top of it. Any tax you owe on a booking comes out of that amount and is yours to report and remit, so price with it in mind.
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live
A person checks it. This is slower than an instant listing and it is deliberate: it is what keeps duplicate and unauthorised listings off the platform, and it is why a driver can trust that a yard shown here exists and is real.
We may reject a listing, or disable one later. If we disable your listing, we tell you why — you will not find it quietly gone.
More than one yard
You can list several. Each is reviewed on its own, has its own rates, its own staff, and its own records.
Your responsibilities
- The accuracy of your listing, its photographs, amenities, and access hours. A driver arriving to find something different from the listing is the single most damaging thing that can happen on this platform — for them, for you, and for us.
- The physical condition, security, and lawful operation of your yard.
- Any local permits or zoning your use requires.
If a driver can't get in
Take this seriously. When a driver with a confirmed, paid booking cannot use the space, they get a full refund — see I've arrived and something's wrong. A yard where this keeps happening is a listing problem, and we treat it as one.
Most cases are mundane: a gate code that was not passed on, a staff member on a break, a space someone else took. They are also mostly preventable.
Staff
You can invite staff, scoped to a single yard. They can scan gate passes, check vehicles in and out, and record that a cash or card payment was collected.
They cannot confirm Zelle payments, download driver documents, or see yard-wide financial information.
You remain responsible for what your staff do with the access you give them. Remove people when they leave.
Reviews of your yard
Drivers can review you after a stay. You can reply. You cannot delete a review, and neither can we — see Reviews.
A reply is usually worth more than a deletion would be. Drivers read how a yard responds to a complaint at least as closely as they read the complaint.
Turning a listing off
You can take a listing down. If you have upcoming bookings, deal with those first — a disabled listing does not cancel bookings that drivers have already paid for and planned around.
